Hemércia Quintas is a London-based tailor, seamstress, pattern maker and designer working across womenswear and menswear. With six years of experience, her practice is defined by precision — sharp construction, considered shape, and an eye for the smallest details that make a garment work.
Her craft has taken her from intimate fittings to some of the biggest stages in music, film and fashion. Her work has dressed Kerry Washington, Central Cee, Nicole Scherzinger, FKA Twigs, Cillian Murphy, Tyla, Monét, and Davido, among many others — for red carpets, concert tours, premieres and campaigns. She has also exhibited at We Face Forward at the V&A.
Hemércia is currently working as a freelance tailor and seamstress, offering garment alterations, technical support for fashion students, and bespoke work for clients looking for something considered and singular.
